Trencito Club is a community platform operated by Trencito from Melbourne, Australia. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, write to us at hello@trencito.club.

Your email, which we use to log you in with a code. It's the only required piece of data.

Optionally, your name, birth date and profile photo, if you add them.

The events you attend (ticket purchases or check-ins) and the perks you claim and redeem.

If you are a business (sponsor): the business contact details and the perks you publish.

To run your account, show your events and perks, send you news about events and perks (you can unsubscribe at any time from any email), and understand how the community uses the site.

We use the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel to measure visits, sign-ups and clicks to buy tickets, and to improve our ads on Meta.

We don't send your email, name or phone to Meta through the pixel. Visitors from the EU, UK and Switzerland don't load the pixel. You can control ad personalisation from the ad settings of your Facebook or Instagram account.

Ticket purchases are handled by Bileto under their own privacy policy. Emails are sent through our email provider. We don't sell your data.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or unsubscribe, by writing to hello@trencito.club. We comply with the Australian Privacy Act.
